Returns & Warranty
Hassle free returns
We are happy to accept the return of any items if sent back within seven days of the delivery confirmation date. Please first reach out to us at email@example.com and we can let you know how to proceed. Please include:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase including date
- Product name
All products returned must be in their original condition and packaging (except for defective or faulty products for which you are claiming a repair, replacement or refund under clause 4 of our wider terms and conditions which must be read in conjunction with this summary) along with any accompanying accessories and an explanation for returning the products.
We are dedicated to delivering a quality product to all our customers. All of our products are warranted for two years from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.
If we determine that the product has a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it free of charge to you. The decision to repair or replace is solely at the discretion of Goodnature.
Only the original owner is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and must have purchased the product from an authorised Goodnature dealer.
What is not covered under warranty?
Our manufacturing warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, abnormal use, or installation contrary to instructions, transportation damage (including airline or freight damage), dropped goods, negligence, second hand product, modified product (including use of CO₂ canisters not supplied by Goodnature). Our warranty also does not cover corrosion to fasteners as a result of atmospheric or environmental conditions.
Outside of warranty terms?
If your product is outside the two year warranty period or if the fault is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will happily repair your product where possible for a reasonable charge.
